What Satan Meant For Evil . . .

Well! No one can say it hasn’t been a challenge!! There is no doubt that your life has been radically changed in these times of social distancing and quarantine. Yet the one thing that should never change is how we live our Spiritual life. Of course, we should always remain connected to God and that’s as simple as it has ever been to accomplish. Yet the one thing that has been a challenge, and something we have had to be a bit creative to make happen, has been our spiritual connection with one another. Now, while it may be more difficult, it’s certainly not impossible, and it may be more important than ever.

So many times we are so busy living life that we forget to share The Life with those in our sphere of influence.  When we do, we miss so many of the Divine Appointments that God has set up for us. So my short instruction here is

If you’re going to have a dynamic, well attended Gathering - you will have to share what’s happening in your life with the people in your world! Seems simple enough, right? But you may find yourself forgetting to share. If that’s the case, I have a great way to fix your forgetting, and help remind yourself to keep sharing. It’s called The 2 Question Cue.

During lunch the other day a new friend and I were enjoying time together and chatting when he said something that would make a Sailor blush. As soon as it came out of his mouth you could see the horror on his face. Recognizing what he had said, and that this kind of communication would clearly be inappropriate around most church people, I laughed off his comment and concern and said “It’s okay, no worries.”
